Why are recipients seeing “Link has expired or document no longer exists.” when I send the files via "Ad Hoc Email File Transfer" trigger action?

If you are certain the file does exist and the download link has not expired then please make sure that the file path entered in any of the fields "File1" to "File5" are relative to the account’s root directory. The account being the one entered on the "Login" field. | |
