Problem loading web HTML user interface on Internet Explorer (IE)
Posted by John Villanueva on 15 June 2017 07:09 PM

In some instances, when a user logs into the web user interface (HTML) of JSCAPE MFT Server via Internet Explorer (usually, this occurs in IE 11), some portions of the UI takes forever to load. They either display a "Loading..." indicator or a never ending spinning wheel.

This might be resolved by disabling the Compatibility Mode from the Internet Explorer settings.

Steps to disable compatibility mode:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Press the Alt key on your keyboard. This will make a menu bar appear.
3. Click on the Tools menu tab.
4. Select the Compatibility View settings option and disable it.
