How to upgrade an MFT Server instance that uses an external database for storing configuration settings
Posted by John Villanueva on 11 September 2017 07:16 PM

The process of upgrading a JSCAPE MFT Server installation that uses a relational database as its global datastore is the same, regardless whether that datastore is the built-in H2 database or an external relational database like MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL.

The upgrade instructions can be found here.

Follow the instructions under "Upgrade Process - Graphical User Interface" for Windows installations and "Upgrade Process - Manual > Post 9.3" for a non-Windows installation like Linux, Mac OS, Solaris, or UNIX
