Why do I get an error when trying to connect?

You may get an error when trying to connect due to one of the following:

1. The specified hostname or port for the FTP server is invalid or inaccessible.

2. The specified username or password is incorrect.

3. The specified protocol used is incorrect.

The error message you receive when trying to connect will provide additional detail. Please submit a ticket to the help desk along with this information for additional assistance.
